Ingredients

Servings: Makes 4 sandwiches
Tartar Sauce:
½  cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
tablespoons drained sweet pickle relish
tablespoon finely chopped onion
teaspoons lemon juice
Sandwich:
tilapia fillets (4 to 5 oz. each)
tablespoons vegetable oil
tablespoon crab boil seasoning blend (such as Old Bay brand)
lettuce leaves
tomato slices
slices Nature’s Own All Natural 100% Whole Wheat Bread, toasted

Preperation


  • Combine tartar sauce ingredients in small bowl; set aside.
  • Brush both sides of fish fillets with 1 tablespoon oil; sprinkle with seasoning blend. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add fillets; cook about 3 minutes per side or until fish turns opaque.
  • Layer lettuce, tomato and fillets on 4 bread slices. Top with tartar sauce. Close sandwiches.

Timesaving Tip:* The tartar sauce may be made one day ahead and refrigerated until ready to use.
